How have you navigated disruptions in your industry to remain a top professional? The work I had done prior helped me navigate very well. Much of my work from before the pandemic helped me build relationships. When I first started in sales, one client told me that people don’t care about how much you know until they know how much you care. So, doing I am a firm believer that people feed off each other’s energy, and when they find that positive energy, they want to be around it.
