Most people who meet me read about my successful contributions, making navigating the highs and lows easier. What excites you the most about your industry? I'm intrigued by numbers, problem-solving and navigating systems to improve customer relationships. Artificial intelligence (AI) will play a huge role in that there are jobs that AI will definitely take over. Many of the jobs that will be susceptible to AI are currently being performed by women and people of color.
