In this role, he oversees both the retail and scientific aspects of the business that focuses on advancing mesenchymal stem cell treatments. Dr. Briggs’ entrepreneurial spirit has led him to establish several other ventures across different sectors. In 2020, he founded MDX Labs, which functions in the medical diagnostics field, and took on the role of president and chief executive officer. He has founded two businesses in the energy sector, American Energy and Solar and PMP Energy, and is also the co-founder of both Rearview Pictures and the EV Charging company, EOS Linx. One of his nonprofit ventures, The Neighborhood Clinic, was originally established in 2022 as part of a rescue and drug rehabilitation mission, making it the only mission of its kind in the country to have medical professionals on-site. It is currently experiencing a growing endowment and rapid expansion. In his early career, Dr. Briggs developed skills in corporate development and marketing. He worked as vice president of corporate development at DC Solar Freedom before becoming its president in 2018. His expertise in marketing was cultivated at MGM Resorts International, where he was the executive director of national marketing. His career began with a political endeavor, running a campaign for a seat in the Nevada State Assembly in 2008. Dr. Briggs’ academic background has been instrumental in his success. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in public health and a Doctorate of Laws from the University of Northwestern Ohio. Additionally, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, a Master of Arts in Eurasian and Russian studies from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Pepperdine University. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Briggs is deeply involved in civic activities that reflect his commitment to community service and social responsibility. He has served on the board of directors for Las Vegas HEALS since 2021 and is on the board of trustees at the AURAGENS
