PAMALA BROWN-GRINION Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer Totally “You”-nique Educational Consultants LLC Rochester, NY Drawing upon more than 25 years of professional excellence, Dr. Pamala Brown-Grinion, who prefers to be called Dr. Pamala, is well- regarded for her expertise in etiquette and personal development training (E/PDT). Since 2002, she has thrived as the founder, president, and chief executive officer of Totally You-nique Educational Consultants LLC in Rochester, New York. Noteworthy for running the business holistically, she has been a personal development coach for almost three decades. Dr. Pamala has worked on self-improvement with close to 100 organizations and thousands of individuals. While pursuing her crusade to close the social skills gap in youth of all ages, Dr. Pamala owned the Bullock Family Daycare. After 10 years, she shifted to educating early childhood education professionals for 20 years. Dr. Pamala added Princess Productions, an organization that taught teen girls about modeling, pageantry preparation, etiquette, self-esteem, grooming, and hygiene. She later expanded into the Totally Younique Academy of Charm and Etiquette, teaching girls and boys of all ages a holistic approach to E/PDT from the inside out. She then implemented Project Butterfly, a program for disadvantaged urban high school girls in collaboration with the Rochester City School District’s PENCIL Partner Program. From there, Dr. Pamala became an adjunct professor with the SUNY Brockport Rochester Educational Opportunity Center, educating the next generation of child development professionals. Dr. Pamala pursued a formal education to supplement her career experience, having first earned an associate degree in business administration from American Intercontinental University in 2005. She received a bachelor's degree in organizational management in 2007 and a master's degree in strategic leadership in 2010 from Roberts Wesleyan University. She began pursuing a Doctor of Education in executive leadership from St. John Fisher College in 2012. She completed the program in 2023. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Pamala holds many certifications and has licenses in several other professional areas. Dr. Pamala is particularly proud of leading an etiquette and workforce development institute that aids boys, girls, and adults seeking guidance in pivoting their lives
